Francesco Bauco – Chief Executive Officer
He made his film debut in 2012 with roles in The Boxer and the Ballerina and He and the Other. In 2018, he starred in Better Days. That same year, 20th Century Fox cast him as legendary Ferrari driver Lorenzo Bandini in the Oscar-winning film Ford v Ferrari, giving him the opportunity to work with Christian Bale and Matt Damon, and marking his breakthrough into Hollywood.
His television credits include a special guest star appearance on the CBS series MOM working by the side of Kathleen Turner, Anna Faris and Allison Janey. One of his remarkable performances is as lead role Giovanni Leone in Lifetime’s Delicious.
In addition to his work in front of the camera, he is also a writer, theatrical director, and producer, and the founder of BE Bauco Entertainment.
Mark Christiansen – Chief Operations Officer
His behind-the-scenes coordination on major live events such as The Emmy Awards, The Oscars, The American Music Awards, and The Saturn Awards reflects his mastery in managing high-stakes logistics with quiet precision—making sure what needs to happen, happens, exactly when it should. He has also supported prominent television productions including The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Bachelor, The Bachelorette, The Biggest Loser, Hell’s Kitchen, and Kitchen Nightmares.
Mark is also the founder of Outside The Suitbox, Inc., a strategic branding firm that transforms businesses into premium brands through sophisticated positioning and deeply resonant marketing strategies. By leveraging psychological insight and emotional storytelling, he creates brand experiences that connect powerfully with affluent audiences and foster lasting loyalty.

Jennifer Sims – Chief Production Officer • BE Gala
Jennifer Sims brings a wealth of industry insight and innovation to Bauco Entertainment. Throughout her career, Sims has played a key role in delivering buzzworthy experiences—from pilot season showcases and studio campaigns to PGA golf tournaments, professional tennis events, and International Economic Forums.
She was VP of PR and Communications for the pioneering team that introduced HDTV to the United States, producing the first-ever space shuttle launch broadcast in high definition. In addition to her event and production work, Sims has been deeply involved in many facets of the entertainment industry—both on-camera and behind the scenes.
Her experience spans across talent and literary representation, and strategic brand development in luxury and media sectors. With a broad, creative lens and a passion for impactful storytelling, Sims continues to shape the entertainment landscape through visionary leadership at Bauco Entertainment.
CREATIVE TEAM
Paolo Fiumi – Head of Illustration
For the architecture he works renovating buildings, designing set for the theatre, social events and art installations.
His drawings are published in magazines and editorial publications; develops scripts for animated videos for museums and communication giving vitality to his drawings.
Currently collaborates with fashion companies that use his style in the design of accessories and clothes.
Daniel Cucinella – Director Of Animation
Born and raised in Florida, Daniel discovered a passion for art early on and honed his skills while attending college in his home state. His versatile portfolio includes projects for websites, billboards, and promotional posters for Sundance-winning films. Daniel believes art should be accessible to everyone and thrives on collaboration, finding that the creative process is always richer when shared.
Stefano Gallon – Composer
Stefano Gallon, who hails from Rome, embarked on his musical voyage at a tender age of 9, delving into the realms of classical music guided by his mentors.
His misical odyssey went beyond the classical greats like Beethoven and Mozart, as he evolved to encompass a wide array of genres such as pop, rock, blues, swing, and jazz.
Furthermore, Gallon broadened his musical horizons by composing for acclaimed theater productions like “Enrichetta Ruffo di Calabria” and “Relativity speaking” by Alan Ayckbourn. Through his music, Stefano Gallon takes listeners on a timeless exploration of sound, delving into the nuances of scales and harmonies.
Chiara Lorenza Bacigalupo – Custome Designer
Chiara Lorenza Bacigalupo is an accomplished costume designer and fashion editor with over 20 years of experience across fashion, theatre, film, television, and editorial. After graduating with top honors from Central Saint Martins in London, she began her career at Palais Galliera, the renowned costume museum in Paris.
She went on to work in theatre alongside acclaimed artists such as Caroline de Vivaise—a multi-César Award-winning costume designer—and the visionary director Patrice Chéreau. These formative experiences deepened her long-standing passion for period pieces, where the challenge and beauty of reconstructing a historical era meet her deep interest in character and storytelling.
Chiara’s work is driven by a fascination with both the visual poetry of fashion and its ability to communicate identity—capturing not just the spirit of a time, but the inner life of the individuals who lived it. Now based in Los Angeles, she is also the brand ambassador for a distinguished Italian fashion house.
